"As a film/tv prop stylist and designer, my level of detail is high.
This team not just met, but exceeded expectations in quality, professionalism, timeliness, and cleanliness in building a new bathroom. An on-site dream team all around of Ramiro, Hugo and Chris -- all who made it their priority to see to my demanding needs! And their attention to detail - in the work and in the daily clean up - is top notch. Owner Al addressed every issue promptly and professionally. In working in a 100-year old home there were several unforeseen issues, and yet everyone huddled to address and develop solutions with minimal impact to schedule and budget.
I can't emphasize enough that LBBR is the go-to team for any remodel, addition, or overall beautification project. Half-way through the bathroom build out, I hired them for additional work elsewhere in the house! They're that good.
On scale of 1-10 with 10 being superior service, this team is a solid 11. Again, being in a design and creative industry, my benchmark is high. Will be hiring LBBR for any and all future construction needs. Equally important: extremely competitive pricing!!!

Al Sanchez and all of the workers in this company have been excellent! We have used them to remodel our home for the past 10 years room by room. Every single remodel of every single room has been beautiful. They have worked with us in a timely manner for each project and we are extremely happy with the wonderful results. I would hire them to do anything in the house from updating windows to completely gutting kitchens and bathrooms for full modern remodeling. We have referred friends and relatives to Al Sanchez and his workers and all of them have been very happy with their work!! This company is exceptional!!!

I had a leak in a second story balcony that needed to be fixed. The whole balcony needed to be repaired and resurfaced. I contacted Al for a quote and his pricing was very competitive. His team came out a couple of days later and took care of the problem in a matter of days. They did an amazing job, they were extremely knowledgeable, efficient and skilled. The balcony looks brand new. I would highly recommend Al and his team, and will definitely be using them for future projects.

We needed a master bedroom with bath added to our house, a total of 499 Sq. ft. From the beginning of the project the wireless were prompt, respectful, and most of all, clean. Despite the scope of the work they made a concerted effort to keep the work area neat. As construction progressed (which was very fast) we were kept on the loop as to what they were doing and what was to come. Everything went as smooth as possible from the building side (the only bumps in the road coming from the city inspectors). In the end we ended up with more than we could have imagined. The plans did not prepare us for the finished product. Our master bathroom came out beautiful, only to be outshines by the master bedroom it was connected to. All the work was masterfully done with the utmost care. The crew was awesome. We cannot wait for our next project to begin. Very highly recommended.
